5 Simple Questions To Ask A Power Washing Company

Before you hire a company to come out and pressure wash your home, you may want to check for a few things first. Here at Mighty Wash, we strive to provide the best pressure washing service in the Summit County area. Homeowners want the most value for their money (don’t we all), so that is our main goal. Here are 5 simple questions to ask the company you hired to make sure they are right for you and your home

     1. Is There A Guarantee With Your Service?

The only way that you can be satisfied with the work done on your house is to be sure that the company is confident with the work that they will be doing. To do so, you may ask us what we are willing to do if you are not satisfied, what exactly will we be doing during the cleaning process, and making sure that we will follow up with you after the process is done.

     2. How much does it Cost?

The cost for each home is going to be different every time depending on the size of it. Pricing for a house wash starts at $199 for 1000 square feet and for every 500 square feet, it is an additional $75 after that. Pricing for other areas such as driveways, roofs, gutters, decks, etc. all will have different ways of being priced so don’t expect everyth

ing to cost the same amount.   Make sure to call us to see if we have any available promotions or discounts at that time.

     3. Will You Be Using My Water?

On the Mighty Wash truck, there is a 225-gallon tank that holds the water we will be using. However, it cannot be filled all the way up before I get to the job or the truck would be too heavy. When we arrive at your home we will connect our hose to your outdoor spigot and begin filling up the water tank as we are getting set up. While we are washing your home, the water will still be filling up the tank so that we don’t out of water during the cleaning process. If you are worried about the cost of water, the average cost per gallon is about one penny. If you don’t believe me you can look it up just to make sure. A couple of bucks is well worth it when you have the newest-looking house on the block.

     4. Scheduling

During the springtime, there is a lot of rain. Sometimes, when we are scheduled to come out and do a job there can be unexpected rain causing the job to be delayed until later that day or just another day altogether. If it is a light rain we can still do our cleaning process efficiently, but if it is pouring down and/or there is lightning or thunder we will have to reschedule. We will contact you and let you know the next best day we can come out to clean your home.

     5. Ask For Some Before and After Photos

A good power washing company takes before and after pictures at every single job. Pictures are one of the most important things for advertising and without them, nobody would know how good of a job the company doe

s. Luckily, Mighty Wash has plenty of before and after pictures so all you have to do is ask to see the work we do and you got them! Or of course, you could look at the Mighty Wash Facebook page or the home page on the MW website.

Those are just a couple of things to see if the business is right for you and your home.
